# Technical knowledge management and R&D with generative AI

> Azteria: the generative AI platform Invesa uses to turn its researchers' experience into organizational memory.

## Why

To turn researchers' experience into **organizational memory**.

## How

Three design decisions:

- One flow: create → review → approve → publish.
- Invesa's own context, not generic content.
- Only what a peer approves enters the library.

## What we achieved

A workspace where a researcher:

1. Creates a technical document from a template based on its type.
2. Adds inputs: tests, images, audio, datasets and PDFs.
3. Develops it with contextual AI assistance grounded in existing knowledge.
4. Receives an automatic quality review.
5. Submits it to peer review with a formal decision.
6. Once approved, publishes it, classified, in a searchable institutional library.
